What is in a Pro Estimate?

• An AI estimate of the value of the home.
• A sale value and a rent value.

When do agents use it?

Here are four common cases.

• A seller before a listing appointment. The seller asks, "What is my home worth?" You make a Pro Estimate and bring the PDF to the meeting.
• An owner who cannot decide. The owner asks if they should sell or rent. One Pro Estimate shows both the sale value and the rent value.
• A landlord with a condo. The landlord asks what rent to ask for. You look at the rent value and the comparable leases behind it.
• A client with more questions. You share the Pro Estimate as a link. Your client asks the AI chat on that page about the estimate.

Why does it give a sale value and a rent value?

Owners often ask two questions: "What can I sell it for?" and "What can I rent it for?" A Pro Estimate values the home both ways, for sale and for rent. You can answer both questions with one report.

How do I share it with a client?

Share it as a link or as a PDF. The shared page has its own AI chat. Your client can ask questions about the estimate there.

How does it work?

1. In the chat, type "Pro Estimate for" and the address. Or tap "Pro Estimates" under the chat box, then "Create Pro Estimate".
2. RealVista looks at comparable sales and leases from the MLS and makes the estimate.
3. When it is ready, you see it under the bell, with its PDF.
4. Open it and check the comparable sales.
5. Share it with your client as a link or a PDF.

What should I check before I share it?

Open the comparable sales and read them. Ask yourself three questions:

1. Are they close to the home?
2. Are they the same kind of home, like a condo next to a condo?
3. Are they recent?

The estimate comes from MLS data. You may know things the data does not show, like a new kitchen or repairs the home needs. Tell your client about them when you share the report.

Is a Pro Estimate an appraisal?

No. A Pro Estimate is an estimate from MLS data. It is not an appraisal, and it is not a guaranteed value.

Can I ask for a Pro Estimate on WhatsApp?

Yes. Connect WhatsApp in Settings. Then text or send a voice note, for example: "Pro Estimate for 123 Main St." See WhatsApp AI assistant.
