What RealVista does

Where the data comes from
Listing data comes from MIAMI MLS and BeachesMLS through our licensed MLS data feed. Listings are checked about every hour. Every listing page names the listing office and shows when the listing was last updated. Facts about new developments come from RealVista's new-development database. We do not publish sold prices. Our methodology page explains how we count.
Who writes our guides and reports
Michael Vary, Founder, RealVista
Michael Vary founded RealVista. He writes RealVista's guides and market reports. Every guide shows the date its facts were last checked and lists its sources. Guides about law and taxes are reviewed by a RealVista broker, and they tell you when to talk to a lawyer or a tax adviser.
Our rules
- Every number on a page carries its date.
- We show asking prices, price changes and days on the market. We do not show sold prices.
- We leave out listings whose sellers asked to keep them off the internet.
- If you find a mistake, write to support@realvista.com. We fix it and update the date on the page.
