What can RealVista do for my work?

- Ask many listing agents at once. Send one commission request for many homes. RealVista emails each listing agent and collects the answers.

- New developments are a separate list. It has condo buildings sold by the developer and new home communities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. This list is updated every week.
RealVista has no off-market or FSBO-only homes. It has no short-term rentals (daily, weekly or vacation stays).
Can I use it in Spanish, Russian or Portuguese?
Yes. Write or speak in any language. RealVista answers in the same language, in the app and on WhatsApp. The menus of the app are in English.
Who can sign up?
RealVista is for real estate agents. You sign in with your real estate license number. RealVista sends a code to the email on your MLS record.

- Type or say your first request in the chat.
How much does it cost?
PRO costs $64 a month, or $600 a year ($50 a month). Each account gets one free PRO trial.
You upgrade from "Pricing" in the sidebar. Apple Pay and Google Pay work if your device supports them. You can see your plan, your invoices and the cancel option in Settings, in the "Subscription" and "Billing" tabs.

Questions and answers
Is there a phone app?
There is no App Store or Google Play app. On iPhone, open realvista.com in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". On Android, open it in Chrome, open the menu and tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app". Then RealVista opens from your home screen like an app.
Can RealVista add or change my listing?
No. Listings come only from the MLS. When you change a listing in the MLS, the change shows in RealVista in about an hour.
Does RealVista send messages to my clients?
No. RealVista writes the text and gives you the link. You send it. RealVista itself only emails listing agents, for your showing and commission requests.
Where do I get help?
"Tutorials" in the sidebar has short videos for each feature. "Report a bug" in the sidebar sends a report to the RealVista team.
