What can I ask on WhatsApp?
- A search: "2-bed condo for rent in Aventura under $3,500, pets allowed."
- A Pro Estimate: "Pro Estimate for 123 Main St."
- A showing request: "Request a showing for 123 Main St Saturday at 2."

What does a work day with it look like?
Here are three short examples.
At a showing. Your buyer likes the area but wants a pool. You send a voice note: "3-bed house in Pembroke Pines under $600K with a pool." RealVista answers with the MLS listings that match.
A call from an owner. An owner asks what their condo can sell for, and what it can rent for. You text: "Pro Estimate for 123 Main St." A Pro Estimate gives a sale value and a rent value for the home.
A client wants to see a home. You text: "Request a showing for 123 Main St Saturday at 2." RealVista emails the request to the listing agent. In the app, "My showings" shows the status, and confirmations show under the bell.
How do I write a good search?
Write it like a text to a colleague. Put in:
- The place: a city, a ZIP code or a county.
- Sale or rent.
- The price, the beds and the baths.
- What the client needs, like a pool, a garage, waterfront or pets allowed.
Some words are not fields in the MLS, like "modern" or "corner unit". RealVista looks for them only in the listing text and photos, and it tells you they are not confirmed.
Can I send voice notes in Spanish or Russian?
Yes. Write or speak in any language. RealVista answers in the same language, on WhatsApp too.
How do I connect WhatsApp?
- In RealVista, open Settings, then the "WhatsApp" tab.
- Tap "Connect WhatsApp".
- Tap "Generate PIN".
- Send the PIN to the RealVista WhatsApp bot.
- Now text or send a voice note with your request.
Does it write to my clients?
No. RealVista does not send messages to your clients. When you need a message for a client, RealVista writes the text and gives you the links. You send it.
What can it not do?
- Find short-term rentals (daily, weekly or vacation stays). RealVista has none.
- Make pictures, videos or flyers. For ad pictures, use Listing Promoter.
- Post on your social media.
- Add or change a listing. Listings come only from the MLS.
- Give legal or tax advice.
Questions and answers
Is it the same MLS data as the app?
Yes. The answers come from live MLS data, updated about every hour.
Can my clients write to it?
It is for agents. You connect it to your own RealVista account with a PIN.
Which homes can it find?
MLS listings in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and nearby, for sale and for rent. It also has past listings: closed sales and closed leases. It does not have off-market homes, homes sold only by the owner (FSBO) or homes that are only on Zillow.
Can it find a rental for a few months?
Sometimes. Most MLS rentals are 12-month leases. Some are seasonal leases of a few months. The listing agent confirms the lease term. RealVista has no daily, weekly or vacation rentals.
Are Pro Estimates and showing requests part of PRO?
Yes. Pro Estimate and showing requests are PRO tools.
How much does RealVista cost?
PRO costs $64 a month, or $600 a year ($50 a month). Each account gets one free PRO trial.
Do I need the app to start?
Yes, one time. You make the PIN in the app, in Settings, under the "WhatsApp" tab. After that you can work from WhatsApp.
