When you open a link your agent shared with you, RealVista records the visit for that agent, along with the homes you open or like, the questions you ask on the page and taps on the agent's contact buttons.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process transactions, and to communicate with you about products, services, and promotional offers.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit our site, take our quiz, create an account or start a trial, Meta receives the event together with cookie identifiers, your IP address and browser type, and, for account and trial events, your email address, name and phone number in hashed (encoded) form. Meta may use this information to match the event to your Meta account and to show you ads.
On our sign-up pages (realvista.com/start) we also use the Google Ads tag to measure our ads on Google. When you open these pages, Google receives the visit and the ad you clicked, together with cookie identifiers, your IP address and browser type. When you confirm the code we email you, or start a trial there, Google also receives your email address and phone number in hashed (encoded) form, so it can match the sign-up to the ad. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these pages set no Google ad cookies and send Google no email or phone number. The rest of RealVista has no Google Ads tag.
You can limit this in your browser's cookie settings, in your Meta ad preferences, in Google's My Ad Center, and through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
If you connect a Google account, RealVista uses only what the feature you turn on needs:
We use this data only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide these features, for security, or to comply with the law. People at RealVista do not read it unless you ask us to (for example, to fix a problem you report), for security, or when the law requires it. When our AI features process this data for you, it is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
RealVista's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google at any time in RealVista settings or in your Google Account. When you disconnect in RealVista, we revoke our access and delete the stored access tokens and the calendar data we cached.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
