Which listings can I promote?
Your own active listings, for sale or for rent. You must be the listing agent or the co-listing agent.
You can also choose "Find buyers". Then RealVista looks for buyers in an area and a budget that you choose.
What does RealVista make for the ad?
- Ad pictures and short videos from the MLS photos of your listing. There are 10 designs.
- A check of the ad text against fair housing rules.
In the app, this tool is the "Promotions" page in the sidebar.
Who sees the ad?
RealVista runs the ad from its own Facebook page, "RealVista Homes". The ad goes to people within 15 to 50 miles.
Facebook reviews each ad first. Then RealVista approves it. Until then, your promotion says "Preparing to launch".
The ad shows the street address of the home. You cannot hide the address yet.
What happens when someone answers the ad?
They go to a page with your listing and your contact form. When they send the form, their details go to your CRM. You get an alert. See AI CRM.
How much does a listing ad cost?
- Budget: $10 to $150 a day, for 1 to 60 days.
- Fee: 10% on top of the budget.
- You pay by card before the ad starts.
- Budget that is not spent comes back to you after the ad ends.
- Listing Promoter is a PRO tool. PRO costs $64 a month or $600 a year.
Example: $20 a day for 7 days is a $140 budget. The 10% fee is $14. You pay $154 before the ad starts.
What does one promotion look like?
Here is an example. You have a 2-bed condo for rent in Hollywood.
- You open "Promotions" and pick the listing.
- RealVista makes the ad pictures and short videos from the MLS photos, in 10 designs, and checks the text against fair housing rules.
- You set $15 a day for 10 days. That is a $150 budget plus a $15 fee, so you pay $165 by card.
- Facebook reviews the ad, RealVista approves it, and the ad starts.
- A renter sees the ad and sends your contact form from the listing page. You get an alert, and the lead is in your CRM.
How does it work?
- Open "Promotions" in the sidebar, then the "New promotion" tab.
- Pick one of your active listings. Or choose "Find buyers".
- Look at the ad pictures and videos RealVista made from your photos.
- Set the daily budget and the number of days, then pay by card.
- Facebook reviews the ad, then RealVista approves it. The ad starts.
- New leads go to your CRM, and you get an alert.
