Best AI tools for real estate agents (2026), compared

Disclosure: RealVista publishes this page and sells one of the tools on it. We list RealVista last in every group, we give no scores or overall rank, and we use no affiliate links. No vendor paid to be on this page. Every fact about another company comes from that company's own website, with the date we checked it. If you see a mistake, email support@realvista.com and we will fix it and note it in the change log at the bottom.

There is no single best AI tool for real estate agents; the right one depends on the job. As of , most agents start with a general assistant: in NAR's technology report of September 22, 2026, 91% of agents who use AI use ChatGPT, 42% Gemini, 27% Copilot and 25% Claude. For lead follow-up, pricing and live listings, agents add tools built for real estate.

This page groups 29 tools by job. For each, it gives what the tool does, the price the vendor publishes, the languages the vendor states, and who it fits. Prices change often, so check the vendor's page before you buy.

How to choose in one minute

  • You want help writing: start with a general assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot). All four have a free plan.
  • You want leads answered fast: look at a CRM with AI replies, or an AI follow-up service.
  • You want pricing support: if you are an NAR member, start with RPR. Paid options follow below.
  • You want to search listings in plain words: you need a tool connected to your MLS.
  • You want staged or edited photos: use a staging tool, and follow your MLS's disclosure rules.
  • You work on WhatsApp: look at WhatsApp chatbot builders, or an assistant that already works there.

The comparison table

Prices are in US dollars as shown on each vendor's own page on October 18, 2026, before tax. "Not published" means the vendor asks you to contact sales. "Not stated" means we did not find a language statement on the vendor's pages; it does not mean the tool cannot work in that language. Groups follow the jobs agents use AI for. Inside each group, tools are in alphabetical order, and RealVista comes last.

Where other tools are stronger than RealVista

We make RealVista, so here is where you may be better served by others:

  • Coverage outside South Florida. RealVista has MLS listings for Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and nearby only. General assistants, portal-based tools and national CRMs are not tied to one region.
  • Large-team lead management. Follow Up Boss, Lofty and BoldTrail sell plans for teams and brokerages, with team features RealVista does not describe.
  • No-cost options. NAR members get RPR's AI pricing reports at no added cost, and Miami Realtors members get a Sidekick trial and discount.
  • Photo staging and editing. RealVista does not stage or edit photos. Collov AI, REimagineHome and Saleswise do.
  • A bot that answers your clients on WhatsApp. RealVista's WhatsApp agent works for you, the agent. SleekFlow and Landbot build bots that answer the public.
  • Your own domain. RealVista websites live at realvista.com/yourname for now.
  • Menus in Spanish or Portuguese. RealVista answers in any language, but its menus are in English. Claude, for example, offers its menus in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • A store app. RealVista has no App Store or Google Play app; you add realvista.com to your home screen.

General AI assistants

Most agents use one of these four for writing. They do not see your MLS, so paste the facts in, and check every answer. Among agents who use AI, NAR found 91% use ChatGPT, 42% Gemini, 27% Copilot and 25% Claude (September 22, 2026).

  • ChatGPT. Free plan, Go at $8 a month with ads, Plus at $20 and Pro from $100, all billed monthly for individuals in the US. The Business plan is $25 per seat billed monthly ($20 yearly) and, per OpenAI, does not train on business data by default.
  • Claude. Free plan, Pro at $20 a month or $17 a month billed yearly, Max from $100. The Team plan says no model training on your content by default.
  • Gemini. Free plan, Google AI Plus at $4.99 and Google AI Pro at $19.99 a month in the US. Some answers are grounded in Google Search.
  • Microsoft Copilot. A limited free version, and Copilot in Microsoft 365 Personal ($9.99 a month) and Premium ($19.99).

For copy-paste prompts that work in all four, see ChatGPT prompts for realtors.

Privacy settings to check

As of October 18, 2026, per each vendor's help pages:

Whatever the setting, do not paste Social Security numbers, bank details or full contracts into any assistant, and follow your brokerage's policy.

CRMs and lead follow-up with AI

  • Follow Up Boss includes its AI features in every plan: suggested texts and emails based on what the lead did, call summaries (beta), suggested tasks and lead priority. Smart messages were made available to all accounts on June 5, 2025. Some AI features use FUB Calling, a paid add-on on the Grow plan.
  • Lofty (formerly Chime) sells a Sales Agent that qualifies leads and books appointments, mostly by text and email, and says it "speaks 4 languages": English, Spanish, Mandarin and French. Its Cowork assistant works inside the CRM. Lofty announced an MCP server on September 28, 2026. Prices are on request.
  • BoldTrail, from Inside Real Estate, is "the next generation of kvCORE". It has an AI-powered Smart CRM, HomeSearchAI for buyers on agent sites (announced August 18, 2025), and ComplianceAI for its back office (August 11, 2026). Its new BoldTrail MCP connects Claude and ChatGPT to your BoldTrail account; Inside Real Estate's help page says it does not search listings, make pricing reports or work with transactions, and that it needs a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan. Prices are on request.
  • Rechat offers Lucy, an assistant for answers, emails, campaigns and listings, aimed at brokerages. Prices are on request.
  • Cloze writes listing descriptions from a few facts and drafts replies with Ghostwriter. Its pricing grid checks the Generative AI row only on Business Platinum.
  • Ylopo has AI Text and AI Voice. Ylopo states a $250 setup fee and monthly costs by lead volume, and says AI Voice needs AI Text and the Follow Up Boss integration.
  • 21X, called Structurely until October 7, 2026, now sells AI conversations to several industries. It publishes usage prices but not its platform fee.
  • RealVista keeps clients, deals, tasks, notes and client memory, which you add by asking in the chat (PRO). Leads from your RealVista website and listing ads go in. It writes follow-up texts for you to send; it does not text or call leads itself. See AI CRM.

Listing copy and design

  • ListingAI lets you create one complete listing free, then charges from $19 a month, and says it works "in over 20 languages".
  • Write.Homes starts from an address or MLS link, from $25 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
  • Hypotenuse AI has a real estate description tool, says it supports 40+ languages including Spanish and Portuguese, and publishes "Custom" prices only.
  • Canva Pro is $18 a month or $144 a year for one person. Magic Write drafts text in 20 languages.
  • RealVista "Improve Listing" rewrites your listing description with AI, and the chat writes captions, emails and texts (PRO).

Whatever you use, check the text for fair housing words before you publish. Federal law bans housing ads that show "any preference, limitation, or discrimination" based on a protected class (42 U.S.C. 3604(c)).

Home value and pricing support

  • RPR, from NAR, added AI pricing reports in its app, announced as a no-cost beta for NAR members on November 13, 2025. RPR's support page now lists seller, buyer and two lease versions; the lease version was still marked beta in the September 10, 2026 release.
  • HouseCanary sells CanaryAI with valuations, comps and rent forecasts. Its agent plans need a state license but no NAR membership. Its pages do not agree on how much CanaryAI the Basic plan includes, so ask before you buy.
  • Saleswise sells one $39-a-month plan with pricing reports, staging, flyers and listing text.
  • RealVista Pro Estimate gives a sale value and a rent value from comparable sales and leases, with the comparable sales and the local market, as a link or PDF with an AI chat for the client (PRO). It is not an appraisal. See Pro Estimate.

Searching the MLS in plain words

  • RealScout AI Search for Pros turns a buyer's wish list into MLS search criteria you can edit, and into listing alerts. It is for agents only.
  • Sidekick is offered to Miami Realtors members, per the association, with a 30-day free trial and then $21.25 a month instead of $25.
  • BoldTrail HomeSearchAI lets your buyers search in plain language on your BoldTrail site.
  • RealVista searches South Florida MLS listings when you ask in plain words. Exact MLS filters include "furnished", "move in by December 1" and a zoned school name; details found only in descriptions are marked not confirmed. See AI MLS search.

Photos and virtual staging

  • Collov AI and REimagineHome stage empty rooms. Collov's Standard plan includes a one-click staging disclaimer. REimagineHome says images can go on the MLS "with standard 'virtually staged' or 'virtually enhanced' disclosure".
  • Restb.ai works for MLSs and brokerages: it reads photos, fills listing fields and flags virtual staging. Clear Capital bought it, per Clear Capital's release of May 12, 2026.

MLS rules on staged photos differ. Stellar MLS, for example, requires "Virtually staged" on each staged photo (rule 04.04). Check your own MLS.

Agent websites

  • Lofty Front is, in Lofty's words, an "AI-built real estate website for solo agents". The pricing page shows a design build from $499; the subscription price is not shown.
  • Luxury Presence lists an AI CRM and AI lead nurture by text in its plans. Prices are not published; plans are 12-month agreements.
  • Placester builds an IDX-ready site with AI from $59 a month, plus $25 a month for MLS/IDX, with a 14-day free trial.
  • RealVista builds a site at realvista.com/yourname from 4 templates, with your listings, sold homes and an AI assistant; contact form leads go to your CRM. Your own domain is not available yet (PRO). See AI real estate website builder.

WhatsApp

  • Landbot has a free plan without AI chats; your own WhatsApp number needs the Professional plan ($110 a month, or $88 billed yearly). Its AI agent replies in the visitor's language.
  • SleekFlow sells AI agents and real estate chatbots from $69 a month ($49 billed yearly, rolling out by country), plus WhatsApp's own fees.
  • RealVista works the other way around: you, the agent, text it or send voice notes on WhatsApp for MLS searches, Pro Estimates and showing requests, in any language. It does not answer your clients for you. See WhatsApp AI agent.

Tools we did not include

  • Epique AI. On October 18, 2026, its website showed a private beta page, so we could not describe a public product.
  • Douglas Elliman's Elli AI. It is only for Douglas Elliman's own agents; the firm announced it on October 7, 2025, starting in Florida.
  • Realtor.com's RealAssist AI for Agents. Announced on October 6, 2026 for Realtor.com+ markets; too new to describe from a single release.
  • Other listing-ad tools. We did not check them for this edition.

How we checked

  • Date. Every fact was checked on October 18, 2026. We will check again by January 18, 2027, and sooner when a listed vendor launches something.
  • Sources. Facts about a company come from that company's own website: pricing pages, product pages, help centers and press releases. Where a page blocked our tools, we read it in a normal web browser. We did not create accounts or buy anything. Two facts come from a partner or a release instead, and we say so: the Sidekick price (from Miami Realtors) and the Restb.ai sale (from Clear Capital).
  • Prices. Only from the vendor's own page, in US dollars, before tax. We do not use prices from review sites or directories, because they often disagree. If a vendor publishes no price, we write "not published".
  • Languages. Only what the vendor states. "Not stated" means we found no statement.
  • "Best for." Our short note on which kind of agent each tool fits, based on what the vendor says it does and who it sells to. Where the vendor names its own audience, we quote it.
  • What we did not do. We did not sign up for, buy or test these tools for this edition. This page compares published facts, not hands-on results.
  • Which tools. Tools named in 2025-2026 lists by The Close, HousingWire, Inman and Florida Realtors, grouped by the jobs agents use AI for in NAR's 2026 report, plus tools for South Florida (Sidekick) and WhatsApp.
  • Order. By job, then alphabetical inside each group, with RealVista last. No scores, no stars, no overall rank.
  • Money. No affiliate links. No vendor paid to be listed. RealVista sells PRO, which appears on this page.

Questions and answers

What is the best AI tool for real estate agents?

The best tool is the one that fits the job. For writing, a general assistant like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. For leads, a CRM with AI replies, such as Follow Up Boss, Lofty or BoldTrail. For pricing, RPR if you are an NAR member. For live listings, a tool connected to your MLS.

Is ChatGPT enough for a realtor?

For writing, often yes. It does not see the MLS, so it cannot tell you which homes are for sale or what sold last week. Agents add a tool connected to the MLS for that.

What are the best free AI tools for real estate agents?

The free plans of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, a limited free Copilot, RPR for REALTORS, ListingAI's free first listing, Canva Free, REimagineHome's 5 free designs and Landbot's free plan. See the free options list.

Which AI tools work in Spanish?

The four general assistants state Spanish support. Among real estate tools, Lofty's Sales Agent states Spanish, Hypotenuse AI and Canva's Magic Write state Spanish, ListingAI states "over 20 languages", and Landbot says its bot replies in the visitor's language. RealVista answers in any language you write or speak in, with menus in English. Many other vendors do not state their languages.

Which AI CRM is best for real estate agents?

It depends on your team size and lead sources. Follow Up Boss publishes its prices and includes AI in every plan. Lofty and BoldTrail sell to teams and brokerages, with prices on request. Cloze adds AI drafts to an email-first CRM. RealVista's CRM sits in the same chat as South Florida MLS search. See AI CRM.

Can these tools search the MLS?

General assistants cannot see the MLS. RealScout, Sidekick, BoldTrail HomeSearchAI and RealVista work with MLS data in different ways, described in their rows above. BoldTrail says its MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT does not search listings.

Why should I trust a comparison made by a vendor?

You should check it. That is why every fact links to the vendor's own page with the date we checked, why we list RealVista last and name where others are stronger, and why there is a change log. If you find an error, email support@realvista.com.
